Return Policy – In-store and Online
Damaged Items and Shortage Claims: Any damaged or missing items must be reported to Online Customer Support within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned, in new, or like-new condition, and in its original packaging, and with all paperwork including manuals, and your packing slip, as well as all accessories to ensure full credit. 
  • Note: Store Credit will be issued for any damaged or missing items
  • Learn Well International reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements.
  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer 

Our Return Policy – In Store and Online
Learn Well International takes great pride in our reputation for quality and exceptional value. Any incorrect, damaged, missing or defective items must be reported to Learn Well International’s Online Customer Support within 14 days of delivery. Return policy upon receipt of order by the customer are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, your packing slip and all accessories to ensure full credit. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
  • This Returns policy does not apply to items that have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable by Learn Well International.
  • All returns will be reviewed by Learn Well International and we reserve the right to perform remedies including: Replacing the product with a new item of the same design and model, or Refund in store credit will be less all shipping and administrative fees.
